Welcome to MIA Fitness & Pilates, where personalized attention meets community-driven fitness. I offer intimate group classes twice a week, which can be joined both in-person and virtually, with a maximum of 8 live and 6 virtual attendees per session. This allows me to provide focused, individualized guidance to each participant, ensuring that you receive the best possible experience whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. These exclusive classes are perfect for those seeking a more personalized and supportive environment to reach their fitness goals.
In addition to my own classes, I also bring my expertise to four different gyms and yoga studios around The Hague, where I teach a variety of pilates and yoga sessions. These classes are open to the public and offer a great opportunity to experience my teaching style in a larger group setting, where you can easily combine it with other activities in one membership.
