I now offer a weekly Zoom class on Tuesdays at 18:30, allowing you to join from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be. This virtual option provides flexibility and convenience, enabling you to stay consistent with your fitness routine no matter your schedule or location.
In addition to my Zoom class, I bring my expertise to various gyms and yoga studios across The Hague, where I teach a variety of Pilates and yoga sessions. These classes offer members the opportunity to experience my teaching style in a vibrant group setting, with the added benefit of being part of a larger fitness community.
