GROUP CLASSES

Are you looking a group class experience that you can leave feeling confident and energized? You've found it! All you need to get started is €9 for your first 2 classes, then when those run out, your first purchase is 20% off the prices listed HERE  :)

PLEASE NOTE: I'm currently on summer holidays, classes resume 22 August


All classes are suitable for all ability levels, as I always give modifications. I alternate between an upper body/abs focused class and a lower body/glutes focused one, please scroll down to the bottom of this page for the schedule.


I also bring my tablet with me so that you can join via Zoom if that is more convenient for you. Parking is free after 17.00. 


Prices can be found HERE. If you're new to me, your first 2 classes are just €9! If you have OneFit, you can use it to join my classes.


Booking is easy. To hold a place for the class or classes of your choice, please email or WhatsApp me through the contact form on this website. Then if you don't already hold a valid session card, I'll send you a payment link. You also have the option of booking for every Tuesday or every Thursday or both. If you plan on joining via Zoom, booking in advance is not necessary.
