I get it—starting a fitness journey can feel daunting. I spent my childhood as the “fat kid” picked last in gym class, hating every moment of exerecise aversion therapy, I mean, gym class. Fast-forward to my 40s: I’m now the fittest I’ve ever been and living proof that it’s never too late to rewrite your story.


Fitness isn’t about conforming to some ideal or exercising just to “look sexy.” It’s about feeling strong, capable, and functional—and yes, that often comes with a side effect of looking great, too. My approach is all about breaking away from the “normal” fitness paradigms and creating something that works for you.

Imagine this: a workout plan tailored specifically to your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle—whether that means training in person at your home in The Hague, virtually over Zoom, or wherever life takes you.


No boring routines, no judgment, and absolutely no cookie-cutter workouts. Instead, we focus on building strength, improving mobility, and helping you function better in everyday life. Along the way, you’ll unlock new levels of energy and confidence.

✨ Flexible Sessions: Choose 30, 45, 60, or 75 minutes to fit your life.
✨ Tailored Plans: Custom workouts built around your needs, preferences, and goals.
✨ Between-Session Support: I’m just a WhatsApp or email away for advice, motivation, or tweaks to your plan.

All sessions are available in English or Dutch (with a good dose of sarcasm in either language).
